1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Simple Invoice Hub ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Simple Invoice Hub provides a web-based platform for creating, managing, and exporting professional invoices. The Service includes:

• Invoice creation and editing with live preview
• Client and company profile management
• PDF export functionality
• Multi-currency and multi-language support
• Invoice history and storage

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Plan

The Free plan includes:

• Up to 5 invoices per month
• Up to 3 clients
• Standard template with watermark
• PDF export with Simple Invoice Hub branding

4.2 Pro Plan

The Pro plan is billed monthly (US$15/month) or annually (US$150/year) and includes:

• Unlimited invoices and clients
• Custom logos and brand colors
• No watermarks on exports
• Advanced templates and collaboration features
• Priority support

4.3 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Payment is processed through Stripe
• All fees are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

4.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us at hellovibecoder@proton.me.

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period.

5.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or misuse the Service

6. User Content and Data

6.1 Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and store using the Service, including:

• Invoice content and details
• Client information
• Company profile information
• Uploaded logos and files

6.2 License to Use

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6.3 Data Retention

Upon account termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for account reactivation. After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted unless required by law to retain.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Engage in fraudulent invoicing or billing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Simple Invoice Hub and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMPLE INVOICE HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simple Invoice Hub from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you submit or generate through the Service

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Simple Invoice Hub operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
